It has a story about Phyllis, who wants to take over the job of official groundhog from her Uncle Phil. She is told she can't do it because she's a girl. All ends happily for Phyllis, and the book also explains the origins of Groundhog Day and Punxsutawney Phil. Punxsutawney Phyllisis the best Groundhog Day book I've seen.
